2. Nature of the Business Opportunity
The Legacy Travel Collective offers a business opportunity to become an independent travel agent operating under a host agency. By joining, you will operate as a self-employed independent agent, not an employee of The Legacy Travel Collective.
As an independent travel agent, you will have the opportunity to:
- Book travel for clients and earn commission on sales
- Build your own client base
- Introduce others to the opportunity and earn additional income from your team's performance (recruitment is optional)

3. Costs & What's Included
To join The Legacy Travel Collective as an independent travel agent, the following fees apply:
- Initial Setup Fee: £156 (one-time payment)
- Monthly Subscription: £46 per month
These fees give you access to:
- Training and ongoing support
- A professional booking platform
- Access to a wide range of travel suppliers
- Licensing and protections through our partner agencies
- Mentorship and community support
These costs cover access to services provided through our partner companies, including InteleTravel and PlanNet Marketing.
You are not required to build a team or recruit others to participate in this opportunity. This is entirely optional.

4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
In line with our partner InteleTravel, you are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If you decide the opportunity isn't right for you, you can cancel within 30 days of joining and receive a full refund of your initial setup fee paid to InteleTravel.

5. Cancelling After 30 Days
After the 30-day period, you are free to cancel your membership at any time.

6. Earning Commission
You may earn commission from travel bookings and other business activities.
Commission rates vary depending on the supplier and product, and are only paid on completed bookings where full payment has been received.

7. Your Obligations
As an independent travel agent with The Legacy Travel Collective, you agree to:
- Operate your business ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not make misleading claims about potential earnings or the business opportunity
- Complete required training before making bookings for clients
- Maintain accurate records of your business activities for tax purposes
- Not bring The Legacy Travel Collective brand into disrepute
- Comply with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) guidelines when promoting the opportunity
8. Independent Agent Status
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are an independent agent, not an employee, worker, or partner of The Legacy Travel Collective
- You are responsible for your own tax affairs, including registering as self-employed with HMRC
- You are not entitled to employee benefits such as holiday pay, sick pay, or pension contributions
- You have no obligation to work set hours and may take on other work or business activities
9. Intellectual Property
The Legacy Travel Collective name, logo, and branding materials are our intellectual property. As an independent travel agent, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use our branding solely for promoting your travel business while you remain an active member. This licence terminates immediately upon cancellation of your membership.
10. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee any level of income or business success.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your participation in the opportunity.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
11. Compliance with Trading Schemes Regulations
The Legacy Travel Collective operates in compliance with the Trading Schemes Act 1996 and the Trading Schemes Regulations 1997. Our business model:
- Focuses primarily on the sale of genuine travel products and services to end consumers
- Does not require participants to purchase excessive inventory or stock
- Provides clear and transparent information about costs, potential earnings, and the nature of the opportunity
- Offers a 30-day money-back guarantee
12. Ending Your Membership
We may suspend or terminate your membership if you:
- Breach these terms
- Act unlawfully or dishonestly
- Make misleading claims
- Damage the reputation of the business
- Fail to pay subscription fees
13. Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at [email protected]. We will endeavour to resolve any issues informally. If we cannot reach a resolution, you may refer the matter to an appropriate Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider or the courts.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active members via email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
